Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Follow the prompts to generate a return label and packing slip.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
